About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.




Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the reporting manager.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused and confident personality.
Ability to handle sales objections and work under targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Freshers can apply; prior telesales/call-center experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of English and Hindi is preferred. [Add Punjabi/other languages if required.]
