Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through calling, references, databases, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain regular communication and build solid relationships with clients.
