Qualifications

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify potential customers, convert leads, and consistently work toward meeting sales targets.
Candidates should have basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools to document interactions and manage pipelines efficiently.
Candidates should demonstrate resilience, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
Prior telesales or inside sales experience, especially in software or services, is an advantage but not mandatory.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
