Role & responsibilities

. Procurement Management
Manage sourcing of structural steel, roofing, cladding and accessories.
Execute procurement plans for PEB projects.
Ensure timely placement of purchase orders.
Vendor Management
Identify and develop PEB suppliers and fabricators.
Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.
Conduct commercial negotiations.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with design, engineering and project teams.
Monitor fabrication and delivery schedules.
Resolve supply chain issues affecting project progress.
Cost & Commercial Control
Drive procurement savings and value engineering.
Monitor procurement budgets and commitments.
Support contract administration.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to procurement policies.
Prepare procurement MIS and dashboards.

Support audits and management reviews Preferred candidate profile To manage procurement of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, steel components, accessories and erection subcontract packages for project execution.
