Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to client IT support requests and providing timely resolutions.
Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, and hardware issues.
Providing technical support both on-site and through remote-access systems.
Understanding client requirements and providing appropriate technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Maintaining solid and professional client relationships.
Tracking and managing IT support cases and work records.
Preparing and compiling job/service reports.
Providing support for AV and VC systems.
Configuring, installing, supporting, and maintaining IT hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, desk/mobile phones, printers/copiers, Windows operating systems, applications, and mobile devices.
Coordinating with customers to plan and implement software upgrades and OS installations.




Managing helpdesk support for desktop hardware and software, and coordinating with service providers in case of hardware failures.
Following up on the procurement and delivery of required hardware and software.
Managing day-to-day helpdesk operations and handling support cases from initiation through successful resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Valuable time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
