Role Description The Senior Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading branch operations and achieving business targets. This position oversees sales activities, manages and mentors the branch team, and drives customer acquisition and retention across the company’s life insurance segments.

Manager ensures compliance with regulatory and company standards, monitors performance metrics, and implements strategies to improve branch productivity and service quality.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales campaigns, building relationships with customers and local partners, resolving escalations, and providing regular reports and insights to regional leadership.

Qualifications
Robust leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding sales or branch teams toward performance goals.
Proficiency in sales planning, business development, and customer relationship management within financial services or insurance.
Ability to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high service standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with interpreting sales data and operational metrics.
Prior experience in life insurance or financial services at a managerial level strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions.
