Role & responsibilities:
Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD pipelines, primarily using Jenkins.
Administer and support Jenkins controllers, agents, jobs, plugins, and build environments.
Troubleshoot CI/CD failures across application, infrastructure, networking, and operating-system layers.
Manage and support Linux-based on-premises infrastructure.
Perform Linux system administration, performance troubleshooting, package management, storage/filesystem management, and service management.
Work with physical servers, virtual machines, and on-prem compute environments.
Troubleshoot basic-to-intermediate networking issues involving
Develop automation and operational tooling using Python and/or Bash scripting.
Automate repetitive infrastructure, deployment, configuration,



and operational activities.
Participate in incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support.

Preferred candidate profile:
Robust hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Positive understanding of CI/CD concepts, build pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation.
Strong hands-on experience working with on-premises infrastructure.
Positive understanding of networking fundamentals
Hands-on scripting experience with Python and/or Bash.
