Key Responsibilities Manage the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant. Supervise kitchen, service, housekeeping and support staff. Ensure the restaurant opens and closes according to schedule.

Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily deployment. Ensure excellent customer service. Handle customer complaints professionally. Monitor food quality, service speed and cleanliness. Coordinate between the kitchen and service team.

Monitor daily sales and cash handling. Maintain records of expenses, wastage and inventory. Coordinate stock receiving and verify quantities. Ensure proper storage of food and supplies. Monitor staff performance and discipline.

Ensure compliance with restaurant hygiene and safety procedures. Conduct opening and closing checks. Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment when required. Help achieve sales and operational targets.

Train recent employees on restaurant procedures and service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
