Responsibilities
Utilize Tally software to enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate and follow up with warehouse and suppliers regarding availability of stock. (Requires timely communication and follow up)
Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and customer details.
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Maintain updated records of all orders, including order status, tracking numbers, and delivery information.
Assist in resolving any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and payments using Tally.
Follow established processes and standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality in order processing.
