We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing travel team.
Key responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and other platforms.
Understand travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
Follow up with prospective customers
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
1–3 years of experience in travel sales, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
