Drive sales and business development for the Dairy & Alcoholic Beverages segment .

Develop and manage relationships with key customers, including large dairy and beverage companies.

Identify new business prospects and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Manage key accounts, negotiations, pricing, and commercial closures.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business targets.

Coordinate with internal teams including R&D;, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.

Drive new product development and customized packaging solutions in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Achieve sales, revenue, margin, and business development targets.





Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in Dairy and/or Alcoholic Beverages .
Robust experience in B2B sales and key account management .
Experience in rigid plastic packaging/bottles/containers will be preferred.
Solid customer network across the Dairy & Alcoholic Beverage industry.
Proven experience in new business development, negotiations, and commercial closures.
Strong communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
