Requirements
Min. 3 years of hands-on exp. in design, development deployment with the Service-now platform
Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB Asset)
Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.)
SNOW administration experience.
Positive Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
ITIL Foundation v3 certification ServiceNow Administration certification preferred
Ability to work on aggressive schedules. May require work beyond normal hours.
Positive communicational skills, both verbal as well as written. Effectively communicate with the client.
