We're Hiring | Senior Officer /Executive HR Compliance

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team and play a key role in compliance management.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Position: Executive Senior Officer – HR Compliance

Qualification: MBA (HR Preferred)

Experience: 5+ Years

Compensation: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

Manage full and final settlement within stipulated period

Ensure 100% compliance of all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable Labour Laws in the organisation for all units

Ensure adherence to statutory compliance of all vendors and service providers to the organisation





Timely PF/ ESI challan generation and submission

Liasoning with compliance vendor and advisor advocates for timely updation of statutory requirements

Coordinate statutory audits, filings, and compliance reporting activities.

Address employee queries related to payroll, perks, and compliance.

Prepare statutory MIS reports and support HR operational requirements.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.

Expertise in excel for data interpretation and analysis

Ability to stretch when required to meet timelines

High integrity, ethics and values

Adaptable approach to take up more responsibilities
