Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Executive – Marketing & Growth to support and execute marketing initiatives across content, SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, market research, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly and campaign-level marketing activities.
Create and manage blogs, articles, social media content, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, competitor analysis, and website content improvements.
Support Google Ads, LinkedIn/Meta campaigns, lead generation, and campaign performance tracking.
Track and analyses leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead progression.
Conduct market, competitor, industry, and target-account research.
Support website updates, landing pages, events, webinars,



and other marketing initiatives.
Support leadership branding and skilled communication on LinkedIn.
Coordinate customer testimonials, reviews, case studies, and referral initiatives.
Maintain marketing trackers, reports, calendars, and documentation. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, Technology, HR, Leadership, and other teams to ensure smooth execution. Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Valuable understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive research, analytical, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work with different stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools will be an advantage.
