About the Role

BrezQ is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US Staffing and W2 Technical Recruiting.

This is strictly a Technical Recruiting role and not a Bench Sales position.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active W2 technical requirements
Recruit across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, and Infrastructure
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Use LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, job boards, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing
Coordinate with Account Managers and candidates throughout the interview process




Negotiate compensation and maintain strong candidate relationships
Manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment/placement targets

Requirements
4–6 years of US IT Recruiting experience
Hands-on experience with W2 requirements
Proven experience working with LinkedIn RPS (Recruiter Professional Services) for sourcing and candidate outreach
Solid understanding of US IT staffing and technical skill sets
Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing workplace

Key: This is strictly a Technical Recruiting / W2 role. Candidates with only Bench Sales experience will not be considered.
