Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business over the phone, pitching our products or services, qualifying inbound leads, and closing sales to meet monthly revenue targets.Core Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads to pitch products, services, or special promotions.
Handle inbound inquiries from prospects, answer product questions, and guide them through the buying process.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, quotas, and call-volume KPIs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
Overcome objections professionally and turn resistant prospects into buyers.
Update and maintain customer records, interaction logs, and pipeline notes inside our CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to pass qualified high-value leads.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
Experience:



FRESHER ,EXPERIENCE WELCOM
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, a explicit and confident phone presence, and active listening skills.
Resilience: A target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection calmly and stay motivated.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM software or auto-dialer systems.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Solid ability to present value and close deals effectively.
