Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to assist the technical team with customer queries, basic troubleshooting, and CCTV-related technical support. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle different situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer technical queries and provide basic support.
Assist in troubleshooting CCTV-related technical issues.
Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Maintain basic service reports and records.




Learn about CCTV products, systems, and troubleshooting processes.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Excellent English communication skills.
Valuable confidence and customer-handling skills.
Robust problem-solving and situation-handling ability.
Basic knowledge of electronics, computers, or networking.
Willingness to learn and work in an office-based technical support role.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹186,000.00 per year
