Role Description The Senior Executive Purchase role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

The Senior Executive

Purchase will coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to forecast material requirements, maintain optimal inventory levels, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Day-to-day tasks also include issuing purchase orders, tracking order status, resolving discrepancies with vendors, and maintaining accurate purchase records.



The role requires monitoring market trends, evaluating supplier performance, adhering to company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain coordination.
Ability to negotiate effectively, manage contracts, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
Proficiency in using ERP or purchasing software, with solid MS Office skills (especially Excel).
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data-driven decision-making skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferably in a similar purchasing or supply chain role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
