Job Summary
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Shall report to Manager-stores.
Shall keep all receipt and supply (issue) registers up to date.
Shall keep adequate stock to meet hospital requirements.
Shall receive the supply with proper memo, receipt etc.
Shall ensure supplies are entered into the requisite books before it is open.
Shall make issues against store requisition.
Shall keep requisition items ready for delivery.
Shall ensure counting of the items issued.
Shall ensure the security of stores.
Shall not allow entry to unauthorized persons.
Any other work assigned by the Manager Purchase/Manager Stores.
