Role Description This is a full time, in office Telesales Specialist role based in Kota.

The Telesales

Specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote company services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings, answering queries, maintaining call records, and following up on leads in a structured and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, providing feedback from customers, and participating in training to stay updated on products and promotions.





The Telesales

Specialist is expected to meet sales targets while delivering a professional and positive customer experience on every call.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and engaging phone interactions.
Demonstrated Sales skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to improve product and sales knowledge.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
Ability to work in office in Kota and maintain consistent attendance for a full-time schedule.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and manage time efficiently.
Prior telesales or inside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
