Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
:
Telecaller का मुख्य काम customers/candidates को फोन करके जानकारी देना, उनकी queries का जवाब देना और follow-up करना होता है।
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound और inbound calls handle करना।
Customers/candidates को company, product या service की जानकारी देना।
Interested candidates/customers का follow-up करना।
Leads और customer details को Excel/CRM में update करना।
Queries और complaints को properly handle करना।
Daily call report और follow-up report तैयार करना।
Appointment,
interview या meeting schedule करना।
दिए गए monthly targets को पूरा करने का प्रयास करना।
Required Skills:
अच्छी communication skills
Hindi/English/Marathi में बातचीत करने की क्षमता
Basic computer और MS Excel knowledge
Customer handling और convincing skills
Positive attitude और patience
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
Work Location: In person
