Role Description The Social Media Manager at House and Beyond is a full time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms to showcase the studio’s projects, design philosophy, and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating engaging content, writing captions and posts, managing content calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to refine strategy.

Manager will interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, collaborate with the design team to capture project stories,



and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to support brand growth and visibility.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy tailored to architecture and design audiences.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills for creating clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
Experience managing brand presence on major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and using analytics tools.
Understanding of visual storytelling, basic design principles, and familiarity with design/architecture industry trends.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing; experience with creative studios or design firms is an advantage.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
