Job Title: South Indian Chef / South Indian Cook

We are looking for a skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine and be able to prepare tasty, hygienic, and high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes including Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, Uttapam, Upma, and other traditional dishes.
Prepare chutneys, sambar, and other accompaniments according to restaurant standards.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
Handle kitchen equipment and cooking utensils safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Ensure proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
Manage food preparation according to customer orders.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.




Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a South Indian Chef/Cook is preferred.
Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare dishes quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full time Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
