Role & responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities for industrial projects.
Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
Execute foundations, RCC structures, structural steel supports, flooring, roads, drains, buildings, utility structures, and other industrial civil works.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or construction issues.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should have hands-on civil engineering with robust industrial construction experience, capable of independently managing site execution while coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
The candidate should demonstrate sound technical judgment, attention to quality and safety, and the ability to deliver civil works in line with project requirements.
