EDIGICOMFY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our digital marketing and website development services, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and following up with interested prospects.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
Introduce EDIGICOMFY and explain our services to interested prospects.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant basic information.
Generate leads through telecalling and regular follow-ups.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain communication.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, responses, and follow-ups.
Share qualified leads with the sales or concerned team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.




Provide regular updates about calling activities and lead status.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication skills
Confident and professional phone communication
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
Lead generation and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work with daily calling targets
Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage

Qualification

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Graduates can also apply.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or sales will be preferred.
