Hiring: Senior Post-Tensioning Design Engineer / Post-Tensioning Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Post-Tensioning Design Engineer / Manager with strong expertise in Post-Tensioned (PT) structural design and a positive working knowledge of RCC structural design.

Key Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in Post-Tensioning / Structural Design.

Proficiency in Post-Tensioning design and analysis software.

Valuable knowledge of RCC structural design, analysis, and detailing.

Solid understanding of PT slabs, beams, tendon profiles, prestress losses, serviceability, and structural detailing.

Experience in preparing/reviewing design calculations, drawings,



and technical documents.

Ability to independently handle PT design projects and coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.

For the Manager role: experience in leading design teams and reviewing complex PT designs is preferred.

Compensation

₹30 Lakhs – ₹35 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and technical expertise.
