Conduct supplier process, product, system, and PTR audits, drive timely action closure, and provide in office technical support for quality and production issues.
Drive supplier performance improvement through PPM reduction, risk assessments, continuous improvement, VAVE, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier development programs.
Ensure compliance with IATF, MAFACT, customer-specific requirements, and audit closure, while supporting launch containment and zero-defect objectives.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve repeat issues, improve process capability, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
