We are looking for an experienced GeM & Government Tender Bidder to manage end-to-end government bidding activities.
Responsibilities:
Identify relevant GeM, CPPP and government tenders.
Analyze eligibility, technical requirements, BOQ, EMD/PBG and commercial terms.
Prepare Bid/No-Bid analysis, compliance matrix, technical & commercial proposals.
Manage tender documentation and online submission.
Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendums and government communications.
Coordinate with technical, finance, legal and management teams.
Track bids from submission through award.
Research previous bids, competitors and pricing.
