About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute social media strategies for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
Manage day-to-day social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other internal teams for content creation.




Track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
Manage social media campaigns and support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and emerging social media practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
3–9 years of experience in social media management.
Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
Positive knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Solid communication, writing, and creative skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools is preferred.
