Role purpose and primary objective

Keep connected business systems, automation, dashboards and MKG-BOS records reliable while using AI safely under human approval rules.

Key responsibilities and measures

Responsibility

Administer authorised CRM, ERP, HRMS, Tally integrations and user support.

Configure and monitor approved APIs, webhooks and no-code workflows.

Prepare management dashboards and reconcile source data before reporting.

Maintain access register, RBAC, MFA checks, backups, logs and incident records.

Create and test AI prompts or agents; protect data and require human approval for controlled actions.

Technical and functional skills
