Sr. Tender Executive – Solar

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tender Executive to manage solar EPC tenders for government and private-sector projects. The role involves tender tracking, bid preparation, documentation, submission, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Search and track tenders through GeM, CPPP, DISCOMs, and other tender portals.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare techno-commercial bids, cost estimates, pricing, and required documentation.
Coordinate with design, finance, legal, and other teams for tender submissions.
Manage EMD, tender fees, pre-bid queries, submissions, and bid follow-ups.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of government and private-sector tendering processes.
Experience in Solar EPC projects, preferably rooftop or ground-mounted.
Good understanding of BOQ preparation, costing, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, DISCOM, and state tender portals.
Robust analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Mechanical or relevant field.
MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Infrastructure projects.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with robust attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
