Searching for and identifying relevant government/private tenders.
Reviewing tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and deadlines.
Preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids.
Coordinating with sales, finance, technical, legal, and management teams.
Preparing documents such as EMD, tender forms, declarations, certificates, and company credentials.
Handling GeM, CPPP, e-tendering portals, and other procurement platforms.
Tracking tender status, bid openings, clarifications, and results.
Maintaining records of submitted tenders and contracts.
Following up on EMD/PBG, work orders, and agreements.
Ensuring submissions are accurate and completed before deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
