The Specialist-QA will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across processes by conducting audits, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Conduct audits of transactions, emails, and work samples to ensure quality requirements are met
Document errors, provide feedback, and maintain up-to-date quality documentation
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify improvement opportunities
Suggest process improvements and training plans based on RCA findings
Analyze data using graphs and trends to prepare QA reports
Collaborate with operations teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
Maintain and update SOP documentation




Conduct regular SOP audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

Specific Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills
Valuable communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and QA reporting tools
Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other RCA tools
Experience in QA projects using QC tools is an added advantage
Knowledge of Procurement is a plus
Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) preferred
