Make outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries from students and parents.
Explain study-abroad, visa consultancy, and foreign language courses clearly.
Understand students' requirements and provide basic information about available services.
Generate recent leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with counsellors.
Follow up with students regarding counselling, documentation, applications, and course enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
Handle student and parent queries politely and professionally.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the counselling and language-training teams when required.
Valuable communication and convincing skills are required.
Fluency in English and Gujarati; Hindi will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, MS Office, and CRM is preferred.
Only experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, education, or visa consultancy will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
