Role & responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
Understand customer requirements through active listening and effective questioning.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Identify opportunities for sales and upselling during customer interactions.
Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM.
Achieve individual and team sales/upselling targets.
Maintain solid knowledge of products, services, and relevant processes.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.




Sales and upselling ability.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education: Graduate
Age: 21 years or above
Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: Customer service / sales experience preferred
Availability: All semester marksheets are mandatory
