About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR to join our growing organisation. The HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, performance monitoring, documentation, and ensuring that company policies and workplace standards are properly followed.

The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, people-oriented, and capable of handling employees across different teams.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Ability to handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts professionally.
Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.




Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
Ability to prepare professional HR emails, notices, letters, and reports.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech workplace.
Experience handling sales teams will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in FinTech, BPO, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Sales organisations will be preferred.
Candidates with solid recruitment and employee-management experience are encouraged to apply.
