We are looking for a Team Lead - Closing for a real estate project in Virar.

As a Sales Closing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end closing process for our real estate transactions. You will ensure that each sale is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all legal requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Job Profile

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet sales goals.

Closing Coordination: Manage all aspects of the closing process, from contract signing to final settlement.

Team Management: Lead and develop a team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the closing phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring transparent communication.

Document Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and completion of all necessary documents for closing transactions.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.

Compliance:



Ensure all closings adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Efficiency Improvement: Continuously seek ways to streamline the closing process and enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Reports: Maintain detailed records of all transactions and provide regular updates to senior management.

Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance regularly, including pipeline management, forecasting, and results analysis.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Education: BCOM

Work Experience: Minimum of 8 -10 years in real estate sales or closing management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills (Essential): o Robust leadership and team management abilities. o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. o Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
