Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK telecom services.
Assist customers with broadband, mobile, landline, and connectivity-related queries.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about telecom products and services.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality, and First Call Resolution (FCR).
Deliver qualified customer service while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.

Preferred candidate profile
Freshers with BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/Post graduates are not eligible to apply.




Freshers with excellent verbal and written English communication skills are preferred.
Candidates should have valuable spoken English and robust conversational skills.
Experienced candidates can also apply.
Candidates should have a customer-focused attitude and the ability to communicate professionally with UK customers.
