Responsibilities
Release of schedule -Weekly /Monthly
Daily Summary report on inventory (Sub Contract /In-house)
GRN approval &
Coordination with Finance
Issue R M Annexure
Rise Debit/Credit notes
Reconciliation-Monthly(Materials/Rejection/Scrap)
Critical Parts-Alert &
Communication/Action plan
Monthly Stock report
Maintain optimum inventory standards and managing inventory within the norms
Monitor daily delivery performance of the supplier and sub contractors
Issue and receipt of Raw Materials, Components &
Consumables.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with SAP Stock
Maintains inventory /Preserve/Raw Material/Child parts.
Prepare Goods receipt/Inspection Report.
Prepare scrap register

Preferred Qualification &
Education
Bachelors degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering, A minimum of 8 to 12 Years Stores/Material related experience or have demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above mentioned tasks.
Excellent computer (MS office) skills, exposure to Materials SAP/ERP exceptional problem solving abilities and valuable organizational skills Role & responsibilities
