Mandatory Skills
Experience in IndusAim, Digital Banking Applications, and Digital Onboarding platforms.
Robust knowledge of Retail Banking and customer onboarding processes.
Hands-on experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Experience in testing Mobile Banking and Internet Banking applications.
API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
SQL/Database validation experience.
Exposure to Agile methodology and JIRA.
Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end testing of Digital Banking and Digital Onboarding applications.
Validate customer onboarding, account opening, KYC, and digital banking journeys.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Identify, log, and track defects through closure.
Coordinate with Business, Development, and Support teams for issue resolution.
Support SIT, UAT, and production release activities.
