Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including notes on conversations, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving call quality and increasing conversion rates.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Prior experience in skin and hair clinic is preferred
