Qualification:
Ph.D. in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences from a recognized university.
M.Pharm qualification as per applicable PCI and University norms.
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of teaching/research experience in Pharmacy.
Professor-level academic and administrative experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and academic mentoring.
Guide UG/PG students in projects, research, and dissertations.
Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and academic materials.
Lead research activities and encourage publications in reputed journals.
Coordinate departmental academic activities and laboratory requirements.
Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with PCI / University norms.
Participate in accreditation, inspections, curriculum development, and institutional activities.
