LaundryTO is looking for a Regional Franchise Success Manager to manage franchise operations and ensure the overall performance, profitability, operational excellence, and brand compliance of franchise outlets across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor store revenue, profitability, operational performance, and key business KPIs.
Drive revenue growth and improve the performance of underperforming franchise outlets.
Conduct regular store audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
Monitor service quality, SLA compliance, customer complaints, Google ratings, billing, and POS usage.
Build and maintain solid relationships with franchisees through regular reviews and performance discussions.




Identify operational and financial risks and implement corrective action plans for underperforming stores.
Support local marketing initiatives, lead follow-ups, customer retention, and revenue-generation activities.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, grooming, service, and operational standards.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to customer service and store discipline.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, store health dashboards, risk-store reports, and action trackers.
Conduct surprise inspections and follow up on identified operational gaps.
Escalate critical issues and recommend appropriate operational interventions to management.
