Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end manual testing activities and QA team.
Create test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with business, development, and QA stakeholders.
Ensure quality standards, test coverage, and timely delivery.
Required Skills:
Robust experience in Manual, Functional, Regression, and SIT/UAT Testing.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings
