We are looking for a skilled AWS Data Platform Support Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Production Support, AWS Cloud, S3, EMR, CloudWatch, Lambda, Redshift, Python, SQL, WLM Configuration, and Apache Airflow.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support for data platforms on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues related to S3, EMR, CloudWatch, Lambda, Redshift, and other data services.
Configure and manage WLM (Workload Management) for optimal resource utilization.
Utilize Apache Airflow for workflow management and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for data platform configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, including S3, EMR, and CloudWatch.
Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Terraform.
Familiarity with workflow management tools like Apache Airflow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and collaborate with team members.
