Role & responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers for residential and land projects.
Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available properties to customers.
Arrange and conduct site visits for interested customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth customer handling.
Stay updated about company projects, market trends, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Any degree / Diploma / 12th pass with relevant sales experience.
03 years of experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or related fields preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a solid interest in sales are also welcome.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
Basic knowledge of Tamil and English communication.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
