Roles and responsibilities
HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee relations.
The role includes coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Humanities (B.B.A./B.M.S.) or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Robust Understanding of HR Operations, including recruitment, employee relation, grievance handling, performance appraisal and exit interviews.
