Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, PEB, MEP, and contractor teams to ensure timely execution.
Analyze project delays, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Monitor resource deployment, productivity, and project performance.
Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting activities.
Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and variance analysis.
Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims.
Maintain project documentation related to planning, scheduling, and controls.
Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status update
