We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Video KYC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to interact with customers effectively over video calls.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Video KYC for customers in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Verify customer information and required documents accurately during video interactions.
Ensure a smooth, qualified, and customer-friendly KYC experience.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer information.
Identify suitable opportunities for cross-selling relevant products and services.
Achieve assigned KYC and cross-selling targets.
Resolve basic customer queries and guide customers through the KYC process.
Follow all applicable company processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.




Freshers are eligible to apply.
Maximum age: 30 years.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers through video calls.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to work towards assigned performance and cross-selling targets.
