Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Make calls to candidates and explain job prospects.
Screen candidates based on basic skills and requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate details and update recruitment trackers.
Work with the team to achieve daily calling and sourcing targets.
Learn basic US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Requirements
Freshers from any graduation background can apply.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of IT concepts
